The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include:
plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required.
HVAC certification preferred.
Must provide own tools, possess valid D.
L.
, and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
Pay & Benefits 40 hrs per week.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:
00am - 5:
00pm.
$17.
00- $18.
00 per hour DOE Eligible for $1,000 retention bonus $35 fuel reimbursement
$15 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement is provided.
