For these entities, herbicide applications serve as a necessary maintenance expense.

We seek to fill a full-time, corporate-level sales support position in our Fairview, TN Office.
The candidate will report directly to our Vice President of Sales.
This position is new and required to support the company's significant sales growth over the last several years.
From the beginning, ChemPro has focused on an in-person, B2B sales strategy, which we still believe to be our best approach.
This strategy has created a large prospect base that needs to be managed and organized to optimize focus and results.
The Business Development Manager will be tasked with centralizing all prospects and helping create a marketing plan that coincides with seasonal sales execution.
The Business Development Manager will also cross train with the current administrative staff and will be expected to participate with other office duties.
This role will evolve as our operations continue to grow and expand.
We are looking for a self-starter to join the team in this key role.
Job Description:
Collect, track, and compile information from Sales Department Disseminate key leads to appropriate workgroups and salespeople Learn, adopt, and improve the sales motion:
Leads>Proposals>Sales>Repeat Communicate directly with prospects and current customers Develop leads and screen prospects Identify and create corporate sales opportunities Potentially integrate current system with digital platform Create custom proposals Sales and marketing efforts Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, administrative experience required and actually more favorable than a degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
General computer basics required.
QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers.
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
Ability to anticipate the needs of the business and proactively execute.
Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Ability to think independent and creatively.
Self-motivated and self-managed.
