Job Description:
Iron Lion Entries, LLC is searching for a warranty service specialist who will report to the director of product development and quality.
The warranty service specialist will be responsible for communicating with service personnel, communicating timelines with customers, performing basic measurements, and maintaining accurate records.
The warranty service specialist will be responsible for reporting warranty service metrics, quoting service work, and obtaining RFQs from glass manufacturers.
They will review quality reports and release products, best be technically minded and customer focused.
Successful candidates will have experience with warranty services, be extremely detail-oriented, and work well in a highly collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience scheduling service work 1 year of experience performing quality assurance investigations Knowledge of basic hand tools Basic knowledge of 2D drafting is a plus but not required.
High School Diploma required; 2-year associate degree preferred.
Ability to read and understand CAD drawings, understand basic dimensions and other aspects of the product.
Must be well organized.
Experience working with field service teams is a plus.
2 years of experience using Word, Excel, and Email software programs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must have excellent communications skills.
