Job Description:
Iron Lion Entries, LLC is searching for a Glass Coordinating Specialist who will report to the director of product development and quality.
The Glass Coordinating Specialist will be responsible for communicating with service personnel, communicating timelines with customers, performing basic measurements, obtaining RFQs from glass manufacturers, ordering glass, tracking all glass orders, expediting glass orders, inspecting incoming glass, and maintaining accurate records.
The Glass Coordinating Specialist will be responsible for reporting warranty service metrics, quality issues, and overall monthly performance of glass installations.
Successful candidates will have experience with warranty services, be extremely detail-oriented, customer service, problem solving, project management, and work well in a highly collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, 2-year Associates degree preferred Experience in the glass industry a plus Ability to read and understand CAD drawings, understand basic dimensions and other aspects of the product Must be well organized Must have good verbal and written skills Experience working with field service teams is a plus 2 years of experience using Word, Excel, and Email software programs Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience working with outside suppliers 2 years of customer service experience working and supporting customer's needs Must have excellent communications skills Ability to manage and make deadlines 2 years of experience scheduling service work 2 year of experience performing quality assurance investigations Knowledge of basic hand tools Basic knowledge of 2D drafting is a plus but not required Hands-on person not afraid to work with you hands Must be flexible to work in various environments and manage multiple projects and timelines Job Type:
